Flicker NYC had its first show in June 2001 with inspiration from Norwood Cheek, founder of the Chapel Hill and LA Flickers.

Angie Grass and Lance Bangs in Athens, Georgia developed the original Flicker concept and Angie's still running the Flicker Fest in Athens.

Submit your film to the Flicker near you, and let them know if you would like it to then be submitted to the other Flicker Fests.

Your film could go on tour around the country in a matter of 2 or 3 months.
